Round robin, collective and group meetings
Teams, sharing bookings in turn, needing everyone free, and several people in one slot.
Make a team first
Round robin and collective meetings belong to a team. Under Settings, Teams (a Company setting), type a name such as Sales and press Make a team, then Edit it to tick its Members, set its link and the name on its booking pages. Each team has its own page at lynkarr.com/meet/team/its-name.
Round robin
The team members take bookings in turn. Under Hosts, tick who takes them and give each a Priority (High, Medium, Low); higher priority people are offered first. Who gets the next booking is Whoever is free (fewest meetings that day) or Keep it even (fewest meetings overall).
Always included adds people from anywhere in the company to every meeting, such as a sales engineer. Their calendars are checked too, so a time is offered only when a host and one of them are both free.
Collective
Every ticked host must be free, and each is invited to every meeting.
Group
One host, several people in the same time, each booked on their own. Set Most people in one time under Invitee limit, and Show the spots left on the booking page if you like. Each time is one meeting in the host's calendar with one Teams link; people are not shown to each other.
