Changing plan, cancelling, and what happens to your codes

Upgrades, downgrades, and the one thing that never changes.

Changing

Upgrade or downgrade from Plan & usage. An upgrade takes effect immediately; a downgrade takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.

If you cancel

Your codes keep working. A printed code that stopped resolving because a subscription lapsed would be a code we broke on somebody else's wall, and we do not do that. Features above your plan stop being available; the things you made stay.

Invoices

Every invoice is in the billing portal, reachable from Plan & usage. Card details are held by Stripe and never reach us.
