Roles, and what each one can do

Owner, admin, member and viewer.

The four

Owner — everything, including billing and closing the account. There is always at least one.

Admin — everything except billing and deleting the company.

Member — makes and edits codes, links, cards, pages and forms; reads reports.

Viewer — reads. Cannot change anything.

Removing somebody

Suspend rather than delete when somebody is leaving temporarily: it keeps what they made and stops them signing in. Deleting a person keeps their work too — a code is the company's, not the person's — but the account cannot be restored.
