Building a card
Identity, contact details, links, photos and the switches at the bottom.
Identity
Name, pronouns, job title, company and a short biography, plus a photo, a cover image and a company logo. The address is the card's own — change it before you print anything, because it is what the QR encodes.
Contact details
Add as many as you like: phone, email, website, address. Each becomes a row on the card that does the obvious thing when tapped.
Addresses can be labelled. A card can carry a business address, a private one and a third, each with its own label, and each opens directions in maps. All of them go into the saved contact, not just the first.
Links
Social profiles and any other links, with icons. Every tap is counted, so the card tells you which links people actually use.
Photos
Add pictures — uploaded, or chosen from your media library — and the card shows a gallery people swipe through. Useful for anything you sell that is worth looking at.
The switches
Let people send you their details — adds a short form to the bottom of the card.
Show a contact QR — puts a QR of your own contact details at the bottom of the card. Somebody across a table points their camera at your screen and you are in their phone.
Offer Add to Google Wallet — puts the card in the place people already look for things they were given. Appears only where the platform has been set up to issue passes.
